Terms and conditions for PETAA membership 

PETAA Membership policy

  • Annual PETAA Memberships are active for 12 months and will expire on the last day of the month of your join date (E.g. memberships paid for in March will expire on 31st March the following year). You can join or renew your membership for 2 years at a 10% discount.
  • We do not provide month-to-month memberships or monthly membership payments.
  • Payment is required before membership benefits are active.
  • You will be reminded when your membership is due to expire. You may opt-in to autopay for auto-renewal.
  • If payment is not received before the end of your membership term dates, membership will not be renewed. 

Pausing or cancelling your membership

  • Membership pauses are accepted in exentuating circumstances (e.g. parental leave). Pause requests must be made in writing to [email protected]. It is the member's responsibility to contact PETAA when they wish to re-activate their membership.
  • Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable (except in the instance of upgrading your membership, e.g. moving from standard school membership to PL Subscription membership) once paid. Exceptional circumstances will be considered at PETAA's discretion and requests must be received in writing at [email protected].
  • Paid student memberships can be cancelled and refunded within 7 days of joining.
  • Free student memberships can be cancelled by written request to [email protected].


Credits remaining on your PETAA account can be use for any transaction on PETAA - Professional Learning courses, purchasing publications, membership join/renewal fees. To use your credit, contact us.
