Terms and conditions for course registrations

Eligibility for Earlybird discount
Registrations with payment received up to 14 days prior to the course are eligible for the discounted Earlybird rates. Registrations and/or payments received 13 days or less prior to the course will be invoiced at the Regular rate.
Cancellation by registrants — face-to-face events
Cancellations by registrants must be notified in writing (email firstname.lastname@example.org). Cancellations received less than five working days before the course will incur a $50 cancellation fee per delegate and $25 for half day courses.
Cancellation by registrants — online events
Cancellations by registrants must be notified in writing 5 working days before course commencement (email email@example.com). If cancellation is less than 5 days before commencement, registrants will incur a cancellation fee of $50 per person for a course equivalent to one full day, $25 for courses equivalent to half a day. Once an online course has commenced there will be no refund.

Cancellations by registrants must be notified in writing (email firstname.lastname@example.org). Cancellations received after Friday 1 October 2021 will incur a fee of $85 per delegate, per day. Transfers from face to face to online delivery mode after this date can be made although any fee difference will not be refunded.
Cancellation by PETAA
Minimum numbers are required to run each course. PETAA reserves the right to cancel a course if a minimum number of registrations is not reached. In this event, a full refund will be given. Please ensure that you provide us with current email and phone contact details so that we can advise you of any changes to the arrangements.
Places are transferable between teachers from the same school. If you send someone to the course in your place, please ask them to cross out your name on the sign-in sheet and replace it with their own. Please advise us (email email@example.com, phone 02 8020 3900 or fax 02 8020 3933) as early as possible if you need to transfer your registration.
Registrations are transferable between courses. Please notify the PETAA office (email firstname.lastname@example.org, phone 02 8020 3900 or fax 02 8020 3933) as early as possible to arrange for your registration to be transferred and this will be done where possible. Please note that transfers are not accepted after the course has run, if you didn’t show up to your registered course, or if you forgot to go.
If there are places still available, you may register for a course right up until the day of the course. Please be aware that your name may not be on the sign in sheet if you have registered close to the course date.
