Powerful practices for all learners. Join us in 2021 for PETAA's  Leading with Literacy Conference. Creating a powerful English and literacy education for all students with a fabulous line up of presenters including  Dr Helen Adam, Dr Misty Adoniou, Jacqui Cowell and Prof Robyn Ewing, Prof Helen Graham and Haley Tancredi, Stan Grant, Dr Jenny Hammond, Prof Peter O'Connor, Tim Warwick , Karen Yager and others to be confirmed.
 

All sessions at the Reading to Write Conference will be livestreamed and all discussions and registrant reflection will be conducted in a hybrid model that ensures all remote attendees will be able to participate. We are offering a whole-school pass to allow all teachers from a school to log in and attend either the classroom teacher or school leader conference streams, and to ensure flexibility and social distancing — no needing to crowd around a computer in the same room!

Remote attendance includes the option of Whole School online access to live streaming of the event — for PETAA member schools only:

ACCREDITATION

 NSW teachers live streaming on 15 and 16 October: Completing PETAA 2021 Leading with Literacy Conference: Powerful practices for all students will contribute 12 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Accredited PD in the priority area of Delivery and assessment of NSW Curriculum/Early Years Learning Framework addressing standard descriptors 1.1.2, 1.5.2, 2.1.2 and 3.2.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.  NESA accreditation is not available for recorded viewing after the event .

ACT Teachers: PETAA Leading with Literacy: Powerful practices for all learners is TQI accredited for 10 hours of professional learning if completed before 31st December 2021.
