This template for text analysis was provided as part of the additional resources with PETAA Book Teaching with Intent 2: Literature-based literacy teaching and learning, written by Bronwyn Parkin and Helen Harper. It gives primary educators a fantastic framework to structure and plan their text-level analysis, passage-level analysis and learning goals.
