English Textual Concepts form the core knowledge within the English Curriculum. This course promotes clarity about the discipline of English for planning and differentiation.

- Two examples of quality literature, only one of which can be a picture book or novel (the other might be a play, poetry, non-fiction, film, website, TV show, podcast, etc.)
- A current English unit of work, not developed using the concept-based approach.
