PETAA staff and board join National Acknowledgement of Country for National Reconciliation Week 2021

This National Reconciliation Week,  Reconciliation Australia are asking people across the country to acknowledge the traditional owners of the Country on which we live, work, and learn.  This practice raises awareness of the histories and cultures of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People. Acknowledging Country shows you accept and understand that no matter where you are across this nation, you are on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander lands, and you acknowledge ongoing connection to Country.

Members of the PETAA Board and staff have come together to acknowledge and celebrate the traditional custodians of the land from which we live and work, and love.

Always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.
