Creating a fact file booklet about Australia

Provide ideas and support for students as they create a fact file booklet about Australia (provide examples, resources, etc.)

Students will: Create a fact file booklet that would inform a child with little or no knowledge of Australia about our country. Include photos, facts and general information about some Australian landmarks, flora, fauna and foods. Share fact files with a partner and make up a story that Mahtab could tell her siblings based on one element of their fact file, such as swimming at a beach, a koala, school activities, etc. Partners share their stories with the class.
